Any unused time does not carry over or accumulate. We also provide best-effort help with third-party plugins and services, and apply all software updates compatible with your current setup.
Additional
Work beyond the included hour, troubleshooting issues caused by software updates or security testing, and major upgrades that require changes to your site are charged at our standard hourly rate or quoted separately. We'll always confirm with you before starting any chargeable work, so there are no surprise costs.
